Director of Sales-Inks

A ink manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager to help run their sales team.

Ideally, this person would be based out of their offices in OH.

But they are open to a remote or home office in a major city if you will handle heavy travel and enjoy spending long periods of time at their corporate offices.

This person will manage up to 12 technical sales reps for this ink manufacturer.

The reps sell in both Litho and Flexo markets and they do offer digital inkjet solutions.

A strong candidate must be a proven success as an ink sales professional with at least 7 years of industry experience.

Any solid ink or consumable sales manager with a focus in FLEXO inks should apply.

Potential candidates must have successful sales management experience overseeing a team of at least 5 individuals.

This position will require regional travel around 50% of the time with expenses being covered by company.

Base salary ranges from $80k - $110k with a very lucrative commission package and benefits.
