NOW HIRING: Equipment Operator– MD/NOVA

Talent Corps is actively seeking a Skilled Equipment Operator

Monday - Friday

7am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites

Digging and trenching

Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to execute precise trench locations and depths

Maintain daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues

Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols

Support general labor duties when equipment is not in use

Ensure work is completed to code, on schedule, and with high attention to detail

Requirements:

Must pass an on-site driving test

CDL-A preferred

Trenching for duct banks and digging

Backhoe and Mini Excavator experience

Ability to read blueprints

Own reliable transportation to site

Physically fit and ready for hands-on work

Strong safety mindset

OSHA10 preferred
