**Job Description:**

As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and operations by performing physically demanding tasks. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the construction or renovation of buildings, roads, and other structures.

- Perform general labor duties including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and moving heavy equipment.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe work environment.

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

- Provide support in various tasks including concrete pouring, framing, roofing, and other construction activities as assigned.

- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools and materials, ensuring that the job site is well-stocked and organized.

- Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is an asset but not required.

- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices.

- Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
