Currently, we are seeking a Manager, IT Applications with at least 5+ years of experience. This is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to work for a stable, well-established company that builds transformational technologies within the revolutionary domain of IoT.

Responsabilità

Support daily operations of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP at regional level

System / Business support during period close activities

Coordinating with global IT teams in multiple time zones for issue resolution

Work with business to test the support fixes and to get approval to migrate changes to Production

Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP rollout to other regions, as required

Prepare functional and technical documentation

Develop SQL script to query data from Applications / databases

Develop simple reports using SQL

Manage local external IT vendor

Own and manage all activities related to changes / enhancement in systems (Participate in gathering business requirements, communicating to system vendors, documentation, etc.)

Any other activities relating to IT business support

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Own all the Oracle ERP support related activities at the region-level

Manage end-to-end system processes spanning across multiple applications such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM and Integration layers

Provide technical and business support in month and period closing activities

Develop and maintain excellent relationship with business community

Responsibility for implementing a comprehensive ERP business applications strategy supporting global functions

Continuous improvement of the business and related system processes

Ensuring successful delivery of new capabilities and solutions that users love and will scale with CalAmp long-term

Collaborate with strategic and tactical local vendors. Ensure that the external vendors deliver the agreed services within agreed time line

Collaborate with offshore support team members and ensure that business users issues are resolved

Enforce internal and system controls to satisfy audit purpose

Manage and maintain all resources for ERP systems, including database administration, systems administration, and Business Intelligence system

Research, evaluate, recommend new technologies, maintain and keep technology knowledge up to date

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree required; concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field highly preferred, Masters preferred

5 or more years of IT Applications experience in ERP implementation and support environment preferably in Oracle ERP Applications

Experience as functional and technical consultant with specialization in financial modules

Experience implementing and supporting global ERP, preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Working SQL knowledge
