Janadhi and Company LLC is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician to lead and oversee our low voltage projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in low voltage installations, strong fiber optic skills, and management experience in leading teams, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, and troubleshoot structured cabling, fiber optics, and other low voltage systems.

Plan and delegate work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Maintain inventory and job documentation, including materials, tools, and site progress.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.

Communicate with clients and ensure customer satisfaction with project execution.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in low voltage cabling and fiber optics.

Strong knowledge of fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.

Proven leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing teams.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred:

Certifications such as BICSI, FOA, or equivalent are a plus.

Experience with project budgeting and scheduling.

Knowledge of networking and security systems is an advantage.
