About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person will oversee firmwide communications across multiple offices and markets. You'll manage messaging, media relations, and key announcements while partnering closely with business development, marketing, and firm leadership.
The role also involves collaboration with an external PR agency and ownership of initiatives like award submissions, social media, and thought leadership campaigns.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a cohesive communications strategy that aligns with firm goals.
Partner with leadership and marketing teams to share firm news, updates, and wins.
Manage media relationships (local and national) and coordinate with external PR partners.
Oversee press releases, award submissions, and public-facing communications.
Guide content for newsletters, websites, and social media channels.
Collaborate on visual and digital materials.
Support and mentor team members in marketing and business development.
Who You Are
10+ years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably in a professional services environment.
Skilled in managing multi-market messaging and media relations.
Confident with tools like CISION, Sprout Social, InDesign, and Photoshop.
A polished, personable communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset.
The Details
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Structure: Sits within the Marketing department alongside BD and Marketing teams.
Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days in office / 1 remote; occasional market travel.
