We're looking for: Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry? OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Mechanical Staging Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working at a dealership or similar organization, staging vehicles or similar experience.

You Will:

Coordinate inbound mechanical shop inventory

Ensure production lines are operating smoothly and efficiently.

Dispatch ancillary services on-site as needed.

Maintain knowledge of equipment and options concerning vehicles.

Other duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills required

Valid G Driver's License, clean driver abstract with ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles

Strong oral and written communication skills

Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Team player, reliable, punctual and detail oriented

Nice to Haves:

Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions

Prior experience working with OPENLANE's operations team or in a similar role

1-3 years' experience in office or general administration

Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems

Qualified/Experienced in operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/ or tow trucks is strongly preferred

Being licensed to operate motorcycles or ATVs
