Allied Universal is seeking Control Centre Operator - Incident Reporting Centre in Waterloo, Ontario.

Job Title: Control Centre Operator - Incident Reporting CentreLocation: Waterloo, ONType: Part time, may lead to Full timePay Rate: $ 26.11 per hour

Shifts: Various shifts - Flexibility required

**Must have a 5 year Residency in Canada due to the clearance requirements

We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented Control Centre Operator - Incident Reporting Centre to join our team.

This role is essential for maintaining security and safety through the monitoring and reporting ofincidents, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and responding to emergencies. Must be availableto cover a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts, throughout bothweekdays and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Continuously oversee alarm systems and CCTV cameras to detect and assess potential securitythreats.

Document and report incidents accurately, ensuring all relevant details are captured for futurereference and analysis. Evaluate situations to determine the level of risk and recommend appropriate responses. Maintain clear and professional communication through email correspondence with teammembers and other stakeholders. Manage remote access to secure areas, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowedentry. Conduct routine checks of security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioningcorrectly and are up to date. Act swiftly in emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency servicesas necessary. Maintain accurate logs of incidents, inspections, and other relevant documentation forcompliance and review.

REQUIREMENTS : 1-2 years of experience working in a security operations center Must have a valid Ontario Security License. Flexibility and a willingness to work during different times of day and on weekends. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Must have resided in Canada for 5 years or more to obtain site specific security clearance Familiarity with operating technology and wireless communication systems at client-specificsites. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office First Aid and CPR
