SALES MANAGER, INDONESIA ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team.

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN INDONESIA.

THE EMPLOYEE MUST RESIDE INDONESIA, JAKARTA.

SUMMARY: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new enrollments, supporting distributor retention, developing leadership, and maintaining positive relations with associates in Indonesia.

This role involves creating, directing, and executing market-specific strategies as outlined by company leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute strategic, business, and marketing plans tailored to the Indonesian market.

Consistently drive revenue growth, new enrollments, and overall market expansion.

Lead and implement regional sales initiatives, incentives, and promotions.

Collaborate with regional and global teams, as well as relevant departments, to grow the distributor base, improve retention, recognition, and strengthen distributor relationships.

Travel frequently within Indonesia to support field development.

Handle distributor-related concerns and issues promptly and professionally.

Partner with top leaders and associates to help grow and strengthen their organizations.

Organize and lead events, presentations, and communications that support enrollment, training, and education.

Operate independently to manage market activities and initiatives across Indonesia.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required.

Full professional proficiency in English (verbal, written, and comprehension) is required.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing is essential.

Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving growth targets.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to foster collaboration, gather feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.

Proven ability to inspire and lead others while working independently.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
