Account Manager – Social Listening

Job Objective:

Oversee the intake and execution of social listening projects by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights. Ensure brand and client needs are met by supervising the use of social listening tools to monitor online conversations, track brand perception, and deliver actionable findings that other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their social listening needs are met with strategic insights and timely reporting.

Develop and implement social listening strategies aligned with brand goals, industry trends, and key business questions.

Collaborate along with the Data Analyst to provide insightful reports and presentations for clients, translating raw data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.

Collaborate other teams to integrate insights into broader campaigns or initiatives.

Stay up to date with the latest developments in social listening tools, methodologies, and digital trends.

Coordinate with internal data analysts and technical teams to refine data accuracy and relevance.

Manage project timelines, priorities, and client expectations effectively and professionally.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or communications

Proficient in social listening platforms such as Sprinklr, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, digital behavior, and online brand reputation management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Analytical mindset with a passion for uncovering patterns and trends in online behavior.

Client-focused with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in consumer insights, market research, or digital analytics.

C1 level of English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Sprinkl logic for query building.

Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with crisis monitoring and real-time brand tracking.

Understanding of brand health metrics, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and sentiment analysis.
