[What you will be working on]
Conduct lessons, create teaching and assessment materials and mentoring of students
Develop and maintain new/existing teaching curriculum for learning units related to Avionics, Aerospace Systems, Human Factors, Unmanned Aerial Systems, etc.
Undertake projects/consultancy work with both internal and external stakeholders
Deploy effective pedagogy to facilitate learning Lead or represent in committees and contribute to administrative/management tasks (i.e. outreach, student recruitment, project management etc.)

[What we are looking for]
Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Aerospace/Avionics Engineering or related disciplines
At least three years of relevant work experience in avionics or aircraft-related maintenance work on commercial aircraft MRO, either at hangar or workshop level.
Relevant certifications or professional qualifications, such as CAAS B2 license, would be an advantage.
Passionate about education and keen in mentoring, teaching and motivating both youth and adult learners
Strong industry linkages in the related fields
Self-driven, independent and possess the readiness to work as a team
A people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, written and communication expertise
Keen interest in developing new capabilities through projects and self-learning
Possess a strong interest in exploring new technologies
