We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a stunning 2AA Rosette restaurant near Chester. This beautiful venue focuses on creating dishes that showcase seasonal flavours through monthly changing menus that combine classic techniques with a contemporary flair.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef with fine dining experience who’s looking to develop new skills in a creative, supportive environment whilst working alongside a Head Chef who’s genuinely invested in helping their team grow.

Salary between £30,000 and £34,000 DOE + Tronc

Previous experience at rosette level in a Sous Chef role
