JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking Client Support Service Professionals to join our team and provide exceptional service to clients. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls related to account inquiries, online and mobile app assistance, and cash management products. The position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism while meeting key performance metrics. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming client calls regarding client's accounts and related services

Provide accurate and efficient responses to inquiries about cash management products, online platforms, and mobile applications

Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to departmental performance goals

Navigate multiple systems to resolve client issues quickly and effectively

Support clients with general account and financial inquiries

Contribute positively to a collaborative, team-based environment

Adapt to process or procedural changes within a dynamic financial service center

Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent previous contact center experience (reference required for one of the criteria)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated commitment to delivering world-class customer service

Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly

High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Education: High School
