What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience: 3–5 years in high-volume restaurant environments, showcasing your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
Strong team leadership: Energize, guide, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold top-tier standards.
Operational expertise: Adept at refining processes, managing inventory, and ensuring food and beverage quality.
Exceptional communication: Build meaningful connections with both staff and guests through clear and effective interactions.
Financial savvy: Manage labor costs, budgets, and profitability metrics for optimized operations.
Quick problem-solving: Handle challenges efficiently with sound decision-making in high-pressure situations.

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Support the General Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Manage inventory and supply ordering while controlling costs effectively.
Resolve guest concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
