Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Downtown Columbus, OH (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to HR-related emails in a timely and professional manner
Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion
Assist employees with questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures
Support the creation, implementation, and communication of HR standards and processes
Maintain accurate records and employee data within the HRIS system
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements
Prior exposure to Human Resources through coursework, internship, or work experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools preferred
