We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a licensed CPA with a proven track record in financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the CFO and strategic partner to the CEO and executive team.

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions.

Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and treasury functions.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Drive financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Represent the CFO function in board meetings and investor relations.

Lead and mentor the finance team to support company objectives.

Qualifications

CPA certification is required.

Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent executive role.

Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

Proficient in financial software and systems.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
