RESPONSIBILITES OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:

The Collections Specialist will assist with aging B2B collections project

The Collections Specialist will analyze aging accounts and perform outreach via established procedures

This role requires utilizing client portals, emails, and various other software systems

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:

Must have B2B Collections and high-volume billing

Must have the ability to multitask, manage workload, and communicate professionally

Ideal candidate is a strong communicator and detail-oriented

Preferred - QuickBooks Desktop or Online

Salary Range: $41,600 - $52,000 based on experience. This is an in-office position.
