Responsibilities

Lead projects using standard PM tools to meet performance targets.

Define scope and resources; build and manage project teams.

Coordinate with internal departments and contractors.

Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress.

Resolve issues quickly and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Promote safety culture and lead regular safety meetings.

Qualifications

3-5 years of project management experience.

Strong knowledge of construction, electrical, and mechanical contracting.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

PMP certification preferred.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
