* Design and implement modules for - Customer account holds, Dollar-based transaction holds, Teller utility functions, Reversal applications for transaction corrections

* Develop and maintain basic banking functionalities within the DNA ecosystem.

* Build embedded front-end interfaces directly within DNA using its workflow engine.

* Automate customer complaint processing using DNA's workflow capabilities.

* Architect backend logic using DNA's workflow engine while avoiding over-reliance on DNA's publisher (Activity Manager).

* Integrate with over 200+ pre-developed DNA APIs to support service channels including mobile, online, teller, and back-office systems.

* Navigate limited documentation by reverse-engineering and testing APIs.

* Ensure secure and efficient API consumption aligned with DNA's infrastructure.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless service channel integration.
