As an Intake and Dependency Manager within the Operation Fulfillment & Archive Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming dependencies, partnering with organizations across the firm, and ensuring seamless implementation of changes across product delivery processes.

In this role, you will be instrumental in creating efficiencies that enable successful and timely technology implementations, ensuring that all processes align with regulatory requirements and best practices.

**Job Responsibilities** + Oversee regular meetings with Line of Business contacts to discuss dependencies, influence prioritization, and build strong relationships, ensuring alignment with Fulfillment & Archive Services book of work and targeted state solutions.

+ Lead the execution of change management initiatives across functional partners, ensuring compliance with the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

+ Identify, track, and manage dependencies across projects, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and functional partners to mitigate risks and blockers.

+ Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring adequate resourcing and monitoring progress to meet delivery deadlines.

+ Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices to streamline operations and enhance product delivery.

+ Provide regular performance reporting on change initiatives and dependency status to stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement.

+ Act as the primary contact for escalations regarding uncommitted dependencies and capacity constraints, facilitating resolution and prioritizing initiatives to align with team capacity.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** + Five years of experience or equivalent expertise in change management, dependency management, or a relevant operational domain.

+ Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities effectively.

+ Strong understanding of dependency mapping and management, with a track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.

+ Experience in managing change initiatives within product or platform-wide environments, including deployment strategies.

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** + Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

+ Experience with banking operations, product model, and current technology trends.
