SummaryWe’re looking for a driven and experienced Channel Account Manager to independently grow ESET’s business through our network of channel partners and distributors. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting cross-sell and upsell initiatives. You’ll manage a defined territory or account split and work closely with external Channel Account Managers and Sales Engineers, while maintaining daily cooperation with distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, collaborative relationships with distributors and their sales teams. Understand their structure and find effective ways to promote the ESET brand to resellers.

Enable distributor sales teams to confidently represent and sell the ESET portfolio.

Engage with partners virtually (phone/video), supporting their daily operations and driving acquisition activities.

Develop trusted relationships with partner accounts and their customers, identifying key decision-makers and influencing outcomes.

Profile partners regularly to identify growth potential and refer promising leads to Channel Account Managers.

Build and manage a qualified pipeline focused on existing business and upsell opportunities.

Provide accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.

Stay up-to-date with ESET’s product range and respond to partner queries with clarity and confidence, including handling competitive comparisons.

Maintain accurate records of partner and customer activities in the CRM system.

Support resellers with operational tasks such as deal registration and order processing.

Meet monthly and annual revenue targets and KPIs.

Coordinate and prioritize the work of colleagues as needed, ensuring tasks are completed according to established procedures and objectives.

Professional Background and Competencies:

Minimum 6 years B2B software sales experience

Prior Channel Sales experience

Strong business communication skills and consultative selling

Time management and organization skills.

Ability to use expert judgement in recommending the ideal product solution based upon a prospects security needs and existing or future network architecture.

Ability to use discretion in the management of multiple partners within a region who may be competitively positioned.

Ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ability to maintain a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Professional, courteous attitude to reflect ESET commitment to quality products and services.

Ability to multi task, while being detail oriented
