Job Summary
We are currently seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team! This is a unique commission-only position that involves traveling throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex area. Locations will change regularly, so flexibility and a willingness to embrace new challenges are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a commission-only position with the potential to earn between $100,000 and $500,000 annually based on your performance. The more effort you put in, the more you can earn!
Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Conduct door-to-door visits in various neighborhoods to promote our products/services.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Document all communications and agreements related to sales.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Mindset: Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Experience: One year or more of sales experience is preferred but not required.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel/Flexibility: Ability to travel to different locations throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex at least five days a week.
Physical Ability: Willingness to learn and adapt to varying job responsibilities; ability to carry a ladder and perform basic tasks such as getting on roofs (or a willingness to overcome a fear of heights).
Licensure: Must possess a valid Driver's License or Certification (Required).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking is preferred.
Relocation: Relocate to Dallas, TX before starting work (Preferred).
