We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Revenue Analyst to join our team in Cluj. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate revenue analysis and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly billing processes.

Review and support credit and cancellation requests.

Prepare and maintain designated reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness for internal stakeholders.

Develop and implement internal controls and procedures in accordance with SOX controls.

Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for products under your responsibility.

Identify and execute projects relating to invoicing process documentation and transition

Maintain the internal CRM system to ensure the information is up-to-date and correct.

Act as a trusted team member offering guidance to other revenue analysts and support to the management team.

Maintain relationships with the customers, by connecting with business executives and partners.

Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of invoices and responses to client inquiries.

Work as a self-directed problem solver, focusing on execution, accountability, and ownership.

Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as directed by the management team.

Act as a buddy for new associates on the team, helping them integrate smoothly into the company culture.

Qualifications

2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

University degree; Accounting preferred.

ERP experience, preferably Oracle.

Proven attention to detail and a track record of PC skills, especially in Excel.

Problem-solving and investigative orientation with demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.

Ability to set goals and meet deadlines consistently.

Familiar with audit requirements and revenue recognition processes.

Fluent in English, oral and written communication skills

Schedule Details:

This role requires close collaboration with our US-based team, late shifts being necessary to align with their time zone, as follows:

Late shifts will be required for 3 days each month during the month-end closing, from 1 PM to 10 PM (Romanian time)
