Management of Avaya Aura suite of products including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, Client, Messaging and integration with Genesys.

Oracle Session Border Controller management

Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing.

Genesys Cloud management.

Carrier Voice Network Management.

Voice Security /Fraud Detection

3rd Party connectivity management. This position also is expected to provide after hours and weekend on call support
