Control Systems Engineer

JOB : Control Systems Engineer LOCATION : Leicestershire TERM : Permanent SALARY : GBP 40,000 : GBP 70,000 (competitive depending on experience) A Leicestershire based engineering company are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Control Systems Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: : HND of equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.

: Strong background in Control Systems Engineering : modifications and commissioning.

: Good understanding of PLC softwares such as Allen:Bradley and Siemens.

: Good understanding of AutoCAD electrical drawing package.

: Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

: Strong communication skills.

: Full UK driving license is beneficial.

The Control Systems Engineer's duties will involve: : Developing the existing control systems for current and future projects.

: Producing electrical schematics and drawings for control panels.

: Involvement in R and D.

: Commissioning work before handover to customers.

: Occasional attending site visits when required.

: Providing support on installations when required.

: Liaising with other departments to ensure requirements are met at all times.

: Ensuring health and safety regulations are met at all times.
