Senior IT Technician : Gloucester : GBP29,064 : GBP32,597 We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior IT Technician to join an Education organisation.
This role will involve assisting internal users on their IT issues, ranging across their Microsoft and Application suite.
Youll be assisting users via the telephone, emails and tickets, ensuring you are working to agreed SLAs.

* Working closely and acting as a leader for the Juniour Techncian ensuring tickets are resolved where needed.
* Researching and documenting solutions to problems on the companies knowledge base.
