What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations and personnel across three oncology infusion pharmacies

Supervise and mentor approximately 34 team members, including PICs, pharmacists, and techs

Ensure compliance with USP 797/800, ACHC, and 340B program standards

Partner with medical and nursing leaders to strengthen interdepartmental collaboration

Develop policies for safe, effective, and efficient medication therapy

Drive recruitment, training, and professional growth initiatives

About You

Be able to do the job as described

Bachelors from ACPE accredited college of pharmacy or PharmD

Licensed or eligible for Kentucky Pharmacist license; Indiana license required within 6 months

Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in oncology infusion preferred

Prior management experience is required

PGY-2 Residency and Board Certification preferred

Familiarity with EPIC, 340B programs, and sterile compounding under USP 797/800
