ArkVets Phoenix are a hybrid model of general practice and urgent care services. Located in uptown Phoenix we are on 6107 N. 7th St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and passionate about the client experience. We opened on March 1 and are growing rapidly.

Responsibilities

Accurate scheduling of patient appointments

Triage pet health through conversation on phones to ensure the best health outcome of the patient

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional but familiar customer support. Requirements

Qualifications

Customer-focused and driven to help others

A Can-Do attitude is required

Great phone etiquette and tone

Personal initiative for growth and learning

Ability to pay attention to detail

Follow up and follow-through

GED / High School Diploma (minimum)

2+ years experience within a full-service Veterinary Hospital / Clinic
