What You'll Do

Be the first call for help: Respond to client questions in English and Spanish, process policy changes/endorsements, billing requests, ID cards, and claims support.

Own the client experience: Follow through from first contact to resolution; document accurately in the CRM and meet service SLAs.

Support retention & growth: Conduct account reviews, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate solutions (cross-sell/upsell) in a consultative way.

Win as a team: Collaborate with teammates to hit service and quality goals and keep customers delighted. What You Bring

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred with professional, clear communication.

A genuine customer-first mindset, strong listening skills, and steady follow-through.

Attention to detail, comfort with multitasking, and solid time management.

Interest in sales done the right way-needs-based and helpful.

Insurance license (P&C/L&H) or willingness to obtain (we'll help with licensing).

Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus. What We Offer
