Richemont is looking for a talented Group Technology Program Manager to help our luxury Maisons during their digital transformation journey, with a specific focus on Client & Market domain and its products.

The Client & Market domain comprises product areas covering Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce, Client Engagement, Online Customer services, Order Management systems, Omnichannel content, among others.

The Program Manager will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countrie and time zones and at different management levels. He/she will be joining a team delivering program management services, as well as other impactful transversal services, as Quality Assurance and Test Management, Release Management coordination, and Business Relationship management.

He/she will be focusing on the orchestration and coordination of programs, structured in assigned "initiatives" and on the aligment with related delivering Product organizations. In specific situations, a Program Manager may be delegated and act as embedded resource within a given Product organization, and will therefore follow the respective ceremonies and insntances in agreement with related Product Area Manager.

He/shell will apply a defined and evolving documented methodology and set of best practices around Quality Assurance and management of deliverables. He/she will take active participation on continous improvement of this ways of working and within a Community of Practices, in the team and the domain.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Orchestration & Coordination of Programs

Lead the planning & execution, and coordinate delivery - of assigned "initiatives" (as defined)

Align with the Product organisations and act as key contributor to ceremonies such as Quarterly Aligmnent Days (Product PI Plannings)

Within assigned initiatives

The overarching ambition is to successfully deliver value and achieve customer satisfaction. Therefore:

Act as a Group Technology key point of contact for Business & Maisons' stakeholders.

Drive and/or facilitate cross-domain collaboration in roll-out programs with relevant Group technology stakeholders

Act as leader and coordinator of the program team, and install thorough collaboration with Product Owners, Product Analysts, Test Managers, Technical Leads, Business Relationship Manager, Release Manager, and other team members.

Track the scope of deliveries and document relevant changes, along the execution of the initiative.

Define planning and release plans with the stakeholders.

Coordinate all phases - from initiation ("kick-off") - to post-delivery in production ("closing")

Get forecasts, communicate and follow-up the resource capacity plan

Identity, highlight and follow-up program dependencies and critical paths.

Identity, anticipate, analyse and mitigate risks and issues and escalate when required.

Deal effectively with unforeseen circumstances, and coordinate management of change requests.

Guide & Inspire: Build trustworhty relationships with stakeholders,

Communicate expectations and status updated to team members, other stakeholders and Maisons in a timely and clear fashion

Co-define communication plans with business counterparts, and apply for Group Tehcnology related deliverables

Ensure budget adherence by tracking program initiative actuals and ensure they are aligned with latest estimates

Report plans, progress, issues and risks as required by Group Tehcnology and domain practices.

Profile Requirements

B.Sc of MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field,

10+ years' experience in Technology Project/Program Management with significant Quality Assurance aspects.

Proven technical project management with strong interpersonal, and communication skills and high attention to detail. Project Management certification is recommended.

Experience in leading and delivering related integration projects/programs, preferably with omnichannel dimensions, from initial study to production stabilization.

Experience in software architecture and development lifecycle, in combined technology and functional environment.

Experience in integrated E-Commerce and/or Retail and/or CRM portfolio management is a must.

Experience in integrated Customer Services and/or Wholesale portfolio management is suitable.

Hands on experience with technology concepts such as APIs, micro-services, SaaS / Cloud hosting, OMS (e.g., Fluent), CRM (e.g., SAP).

Fluent English required, French or other languages are a plus (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese)
