Accounting Staff

About the role BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team in Tarlac City, Tarlac.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our thriving bakery business.

What you'll be doing Performing general accounting duties such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports Processing and verifying invoices, receipts, and other financial documents Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data Providing support for auditing and tax-related activities Maintaining organized filing systems and records Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures What we're looking for Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the food/retail industry Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity
