Job Responsibilities:

Perform all job-related duties as dictated by the industry, company and Hotel

Maintain cleanliness throughout all the kitchens

Maintain proper controls on all chemical used throughout the hotel

Job Requirements:

Previous kitchen stewarding experience preferred

Able to speak and write Chinese

Must be able to work any day and shift
