Key Responsibilities

Manage all facets of the general ledger, accounting operations, and financial reporting processes.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

Lead initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Deliver strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Oversee audits and maintain effective collaboration with external auditors.

Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.

CPA certification is highly advantageous.

Demonstrable experience in a Controller or senior accounting capacity.

In-depth knowledge of general ledger processes and accounting principles.
