Position Summary
The primary goal of the Administrative Representative, Warehouse is to provide day to day support for the operations at the contracted public warehouses that supply finished goods to ICU Medical customers throughout the U.S. This position will act as a liaison between the public warehouses and all levels of personnel in distribution, customer care, accounts receivables, inventory deployment, quality assurance, and transportation. Key activities include SAP troubleshooting, forms management, emergency order monitoring, inventory reconciliation, service level resolution, returns entry, freight claims processing, and accessorial review and payment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor emergency orders to ensure they are released to the warehouse, picked, and tendered to a carrier to meet customer expectations. This may require coordination of release from credit hold, Ibuy, marketing reserve, etc.
Provide training and day to day support to the public warehouses on ICU Medical’s operating procedures and the SAP order management system.
Monitor and resolve service level inquiries in the SAP system. This includes investigation of picking/shipping errors, carrier service failures, returns order entry, transportation claims, customer schedule changes, etc.
Responsible for data collection and distribution of weekly and monthly metrics reports to the U.S. Logistics network.
Audit and approve all warehouse invoices to ensure proper billing.
Work on special assignments as they arise.

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience
Travel Requirements
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Work environment can range from cleanroom and proper gowning requirements to a production area that is open, potentially noisy, and with moving equipment.
Must be able to lift max of 50 lbs. unassisted, be able to lift and move equipment/parts up to 600 lbs. assisted.
