We, at C&B Complete Cleaning and Construction, are looking for a dynamic Director of Renovations to lead our Renovations Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales leadership, team development, and process improvement.
We're not looking for a renovation guru-we're looking for a visionary leader with a solid understanding of renovation work and a strong background in sales and team leadership. Who You'll Lead:
You'll oversee a successful, high-impact renovations team responsible for estimating and executing residential projects. You'll coach Estimators, support the Ops Manager, and drive performance across the board-all while improving efficiency, client satisfaction, and team collaboration.
What You'll Do:
Sales & Team Leadership - Develop and inspire Renovation Estimators. Drive accountability, sales performance, and a positive team culture.
Process Optimization - Streamline how projects move from estimate to execution. Cut downtime and increase margins.
Customer Experience - Own the homeowner journey from initial contact to final walk-through-ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
Team Development & Onboarding - Build a strong bench. Train new hires. Encourage growth, learning, and performance at every level.
Vendor & Trade Partner Management - Maintain and strengthen subcontractor relationships to support project success.
Culture & Collaboration - Make rules feel like pathways-not roadblocks. Build a culture where people thrive, and the team wins together.

Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
A proven sales leader with 5+ years of experience managing people and performance in a fast-paced environment.
A builder at heart- someone who sees beyond the role-treating it like running their own business, with a focus on profit, performance, and continuous improvement.
A culture shaper who uses structure to empower, not micromanage
An exceptional communicator with a customer-first mindset
Experience in construction or renovations is helpful, but not required-basic knowledge and a strong aptitude to learn is plenty

• OTE = $110k+: $90k-95k base + 2% gross profit commission (paid biweekly).
