Job Description

Examines school buildings on a regular basis for needed repairs and maintenance.

Reports immediately to the maintenance director any damage to school property.

Participates in necessary painting and general repairs to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general mechanical areas.

Cleans and maintains all boilers and other major equipment.

Reports immediately to the maintenance director any damage to HV/AC, boiler systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

HV/AC EPA Certification

General knowledge of all makes and models of AC units and heating units

General knowledge of maintaining boiler systems

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the basic techniques of electrical repair, maintenance and carpentry.

At least one year experience in general maintenance operations.
