Because we are looking for an Event Planning Manager!

What does the ROLE entail?

* Primary focus is on planning and executing successful events * Market will be corporate and social events, as well as events affiliated with conventions in house * Acts as a liaison between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff * Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with Event Sales Manager, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events * Detail all Food and Beverage, meeting room sets and diagrams * Responsible for group billing details and final review * The Event Planning Managers are also the on-site contacts and are responsible for the smooth execution of all events * Demonstrates Hyatt's values: Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, Experimentation, and Wellbeing Your EXPERIENCE: * A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Unafraid of event related tasks, projects, and responsibilities * Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized * A fun and energized person * Committed to delivering a high level of customer service * Must be proficient in general computer knowledge * Two years of hotel event planning experience or equivalent preferred What's in it for YOU?
