Multi Site Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Multi-site Maintenance Technician * Company: Lifestyle Real Estate Services, Ltd.

(Collective House Realty) * Location: Columbus, OH * Job Type: Full Time WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Maintenance Solutions: Perform a variety of repairs across properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.

* Travel Between Communities: Provide support wherever it's needed-helping teams at multiple locations.

* Preventive Maintenance: Ensure systems and building components are regularly serviced and operating properly.

* Resident-Focused Service: Complete work orders with efficiency and professionalism, keeping resident satisfaction at the forefront.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Maintenance experience across multiple disciplines.

* Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel between properties.

* HVAC, plumbing, electrical license or willingness to obtain.

* OSHA certifications for ladder safety and forklift operations.

YOUR BACKGROUND: * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

* Strong communication skills.

* Proficiency in Google Workspace and property management software.
