We have seen great success in innovating advanced manufacturing techniques in the design and fabrication of temperature sensors, thermocouple systems, interconnect cable-harness assemblies, probes, and sensors.

For over 65 years, we have successfully supplied these products to the commercial, business, military jet, rotor, and spacecraft markets.

Located in Branford, CT, we have an opportunity for a results-driven and growth-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM). The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a crucial role in driving business growth within the aerospace, defense, and government sectors.

You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Your technical insight and ability to understand customer needs will help us grow in these key markets.

This role offers potential for leadership development and a path to advancing in the company.
