Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience for a travel assignment in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Position is based in an inpatient rehab therapy department

24-bed unit with an average caseload of 4 to 5 patients per therapist

All day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Therapists work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotation

Unit uses typical inpatient rehab gym equipment

Therapist will perform standard rehab physical therapy procedures with a diverse patient population

Supportive and experienced team environment with strong interdisciplinary relationships

Flexible schedule provides a compensatory day off before and after weekend shifts

Scrub color will be specified according to hospital guidelines

Newer equipment and a positive, experienced staff are features of this unit

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable

Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient rehab experience

Acute care experience preferred

Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past year
