Yuma offers a sunny climate, welcoming community, and a dynamic environment for healthcare professionals looking for both professional growth and adventure.\n\n\nICU RN Job Details – Yuma, AZ\n\n Location: Yuma, AZ 85364 (Arizona travel nursing jobs)\n Facility Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Acute Care\n Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse\n Start Date: November 3, 2025\n End Date: February 2, 2026\n Contract Duration: 13 weeks\n Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12-hour days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)\n ICU Unit Size: 42 beds\n Charting System: EPIC EMR\n Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130 per week\n\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n\n Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (Registered Nurse jobs in Arizona)\n Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in a Level I or II trauma hospital\n Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS\n Proficiency with EPIC EMR\n Experience with ventilators, sedation, sepsis, pressors, DKA, cardiac, CHF, and respiratory cases\n Demonstrated ability to titrate a wide variety of critical ICU drips\n Willingness to float to other hospital units as needed\n Excellent teamwork and communication skills\n\n\nICU RN Responsibilities\n\n Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting\n Manage nurse-patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 (MedSurg ICU); 1:3 if no vents/drips\n Titrate and administer ICU drips, including vasopressors, inotropes, antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, sedatives, paralytics, analgesics, anticoagulants, and insulin\n Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, and clinical support staff\n Participate in code and rapid response situations\n Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR\n Float to other units as needed, maintaining safe patient ratios\n Comply with hospital policies, including weekend and holiday shift requirements\n\n\n \n Join our healthcare team in Yuma, Arizona, and experience a supportive environment, access to outdoor recreation, and the warmth of a close-knit community.
