Welding & Assembly Technician (焊接組裝技術員)

Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. 負責產品組裝製作之執行 並對完成之製品實施自我檢驗 以提昇組裝效率及品質 達既定之製造目標

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

依照製造工程圖 BOM及SOP 進行管路預置 彎管 管路裁切及標示 製作過程皆符合SOP作業規定 讓製作之品質符合專案之要求

負責製做焊接試片以確認焊道部份是否滲透及符合焊接之標準 並將焊接試片給與部門主管審核 確保焊道的滲透是符合焊接標準之後再進行產品之焊接

負責自主檢查管路 閥件焊接 焊道修整清潔 焊接管路平整度調整 提供優秀的焊接品質給與客戶

按製造圖執行盤面氣動元件 電子元件 管路 閥件的安裝 製作及標示 安裝過程中須確保製作的產品與圖面相符合 組裝後須再次自主檢查是否有元件漏裝或元件規格不符等情況發生 以確保組裝後的產品是符合安全及客戶的需求

按BOM表執行領料,並對組裝之零料件實施外觀 規格 尺寸 流向等品質檢驗及數量核對 以確保所領的零組件與BOM表是一致的

測試組進行管路氦氣測漏及飽壓測試發生問題時予以協助 協助解決問題而且達到測試所要求之標準

負責竣工測試資料文件製作 按客戶需求提供所需要的測試文件 以證明產品在出廠前已按客戶之需求檢查完畢可正常運作

協助主管執行SOP製作及修訂 按產品之變化適時的更新文件 以滿足產品變化之需求

負責執行無塵室區域及之5S 工作 確保區域內符合5S要求(整理/整頓/清掃/清潔/素養) 符合客戶稽核或內部稽核之要求
