Requirements and Qualifications:

Graduate in Electronics

8-11 years’ experience in sales &marketing of electrical /Industrial electronics products.

Should have experience working with OEM, EPCs, and CPMs & End users.

Good communication Skills.

Good Presentation Skills

Fluency in MS office- Word, Excel, PPTs.

Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive sales plans and achieve the sales target in the assigned region.

Visiting existing /potential customers & consultants on a regular basis.

Negotiate/close sales & handle complaints.

Perform regular status review & propose recovery/redirection plans, wherever required.

To identify & drives the development of new Sales opportunities in the designated market & ensure know how sharing & cross collaboration.

To arrange training programs & presentation to key customers & consultants in the region.

Establish & maintain healthy relationship with customer & channel partner.

Product approval from OEM, Consultants & utilities.

Daily & monthly MIS reporting using CRM.

Lead Sales Team in the Region.
