Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a creative and analytical UI/UX Designer who’s passionate about crafting meaningful user experiences and understands the intersection of design, business, and technology. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, elegant, and performance-driven design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do

Own and Evolve the Design System

Maintain and refine our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.

Enhance User Experience

Design seamless user journeys that simplify complex FinTech workflows for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Drive Innovation

Experiment with emerging design methodologies and bring forward bold, user-centric ideas that elevate our product experience.

Manage Design Projects

Balance multiple initiatives, work within Agile sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets aligned with product goals.

Conduct Research & Discovery

Lead user research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to inform design strategies with actionable insights.

Design with Business Impact

Align design decisions with KPIs like user engagement, conversion, and retention, directly contributing to product success.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

1+ year of proven experience designing user interfaces for web or mobile products (FinTech experience is a plus).

Strong command of Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

A solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, user flows, wireframes, and real-world design outcomes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills—ability to present your design rationale to cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Passion for data-driven design and a clear understanding of how design decisions affect business metrics.
