Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily e-commerce shipment pickups and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with courier partners and delivery staff
- Track and update order statuses using logistics software
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and dispatching of parcels
- Maintain shipment records and documentation
- Address basic delivery/customer queries in local language
- Report delivery issues, delays, or returns to the senior executive
- Scan barcodes using the app for inbound/outbound goods
- Ensure timely and safe shipment as per company protocols
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Minimum 65% aggregate in academics
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Added Advantages:
- Basic fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
- Certification or strong knowledge in MS Excel
- Awareness of city/district/zone-wise logistics mapping
