About the role: We are looking for a Senior Group Financial Controller who will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making across our global operations. You will be responsible for controlling financial data, processes, and reporting, working closely with local entities, finance teams, and IT/data teams. This is an exciting role where you will deep dive into the data to understand what impacts our financial performance across our different markets.

You manage and improve the accuracy of financial data across entities and systems

You control various financial processes and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency

You lead transfer pricing calculations and true-ups for global projects and internal cost allocations

You prepare monthly board-level financial presentations and support strategic decision-making

You oversee budgeting and spend tracking for global functions

You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor financial processes

You ensure timely and accurate reporting under local GAAP and IFRS standards

You bring expertise in financial controlling, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

You have deep knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS, and some understanding of transfer pricing and VAT regulations

You are experienced in an ERPA system, e.g. SAP, Netsuite, SAP, AP Plus or similar

You have experience with financial reporting systems and preparing presentations for senior stakeholders

You have a proven ability to collaborate across international teams and coordinate cross-functional projects

You hold a degree in finance and have several years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in a global environment

You are fluent in English; German is a strong plus

You possess excellent communication skills and can present complex financial data clearly and effectively

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and compliance
