Your mission
As a delivery manager, you will ensure day-to-day interface between our external clients and our internal operations, to make sure deliveries run smoothly. You will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of internal processes as required by sales agreements and corporate compliance to stay on pace with the business needs achieving maximum internal and external customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
The first person responsible for contract delivery management, responsible for end-to-end delivery management, project delivery strategy formulation, and customer satisfaction, schedule, cost and quality
In pre-sales stage, responsible for understanding key information such as customer project status, storage capacity and receiving capacity, and formulating reasonable integrated delivery plan; Responsible for negotiating key contract terms to improve contract deliverability from pre-sale stage
Complete the master plan and budget of the project according to the working process, and submit it for review
Manage project schedule and deviation, and coordinated various resources to solve key problems
Continuously monitor the progress of the project, and routinely communicate and report to project stakeholders
Regularly publish daily and weekly reports of the project, showing project progress, problems and risks, etc
Manage the scope of the contract, determine the solution with the sales manager for the part beyond the scope of the contract, and initiate the change of the contract
Manage contract risks, continuously monitor and close quantitative and qualitative project risks
Manage subcontractors, develop subcontractor resource plan and communicated with logistics department to evaluate the service quality of subcontractor resources
Guide the delivery project team to carry out the work and provide required support
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain management, international trade, economy or similar majors
Ideally, 3 to 5 years of experience in international trade, project delivery, preferably related to renewables or industrial engineering, large-scale energy projects or within the photovoltaic industry
Basic project management skills including budget adherence and cost control measures
Ability to read, interpret, and execute verbal and written guidance to and from compliance staff, including sales order documentation, and company procedures with minimal supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (German is a plus)
Conflict management skills and flexibility
Proficiency with MS office
