Summary:

Responsible for packing finished plastic products into boxes for shipment

Ensure proper labeling and palletizing of finished goods

Assist with production line setup and start-up

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Responsibilities:

Pack plastic bags into boxes according to specifications

Stack and label boxes onto pallets

Assist in starting production line equipment

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Maintain good housekeeping in the work area

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team

Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Must pass a background check and drug test

Schedule

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

2nd Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Rotation: Employees will follow a 3-2-2-3 schedule (work 3 days, off 2, work 2 days, off 3).

Shift Rotation: Shifts will rotate every 2 months between 1st and 2nd shift.
