Production Line Translator - 2nd Shift

Use your English/Spanish bilingual skills to earn a great paycheck! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading production company in the Milaca, MN area. We are seeking candidates for Production Line Translator roles to work initially on a 2nd shift schedule from 10:00am - 8:30pm, Mondays through Thursdays, with overtime possibilities on Fridays. Production Line Translator Main Responsibilities:

Translate written materials (training, safety rules, work instructions, policies) between English and Spanish

Help with verbal communication during meetings, training, and day-to-day tasks

Keep information confidential and handle sensitive topics respectfully

Make sure all translations are accurate and culturally appropriate

Help communicate during emergencies to ensure safety and food safety protocols are understood

Work with different departments to improve team communication

Help on the production line when translation isn’t needed

Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines

Assist HR with translating during orientations and meetings Production Line Translator Key Requirements:

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written forms)

Willing to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Must work safely and with respect

Lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
