What are we expecting from you?
Event Planner’s mission is to plan and execute out-store events and projects. Whole work is dedicated to create highly qualitative “Van Cleef & Arpels experience” and to achieve brand image enhancement.
You will plan and implement department store fairs, high jewelry dinner, commercial events, PR events, pop-up boutiques in cross-functional coordination with other teams and Paris HQ.
You will effectively supervise suppliers and agencies.
You will organize all logistics required for events effectively.
You will control cost estimation and budget for each project.
